The server is now running 1.9.5. In order to connect to the server you must replace your minecraft.jar with the new one found here: http://t.co/bsKW5CvB

Your minecraft.jar location varies depending on your platform.

Windows: %appdata%\.minecraft\bin
Mac OS X: ~/Library/Application Support/minecraft/bin
Linux: ~/.minecraft/bin
