As for the restoration of things...  PinkFaust and I were working on several things that got lost, but I don't think anything is lost that cannot (eventually) be rebuilt or mined.  I've relocated to a random(ish) location that should mitigate such things happening again.

I logged in to the server for the first time in a couple weeks and found that much of my place was destroyed.

Is there something that happened to others as well?  I thought maybe marauders, but that implies that a section was active at the time...  That would mean that someone did it intentionally.

I couldn't log into the server last night.  Not sure if this was expected or something else acting up.  Just wanted to bring it to your attention.

I see that you've updated the server to 1.20.1, maintaining the world from 1.19.3.  Thank you!

Now that 1.20.1 is out, are there any plans to go to that, or is it a wait-and-see?

Also, I think WireGuard is being a pain again.

Maybe this thread is as good a place as any-- Is the World down (March 2023) or am i missing something?

I've noticed the World is unreachable for the last couple days.  Hope everything is okay!

I'm having difficulty connecting to the server.  Error message is that the connection is timing out.  Thoughts?

The new page looks great!  Glad to see a new server up.  Will the 1.19 update be a new world, or going with the 1.18 world there now?

Sounds like a lot of fun....  ...and by "fun" i mean a pain in the neck.

We skipped 1.17 in order to wait for the huge changes in world generation that were bumped to 1.18. Once it was announced that many of the cave changes would be further bumped to 1.19 I contemplated whether we should continue to wait for that or forge ahead with 1.18.
