The End

SK and I will be leading an expedition to one of The End. Step one will be to find the portal and mark a clear path to it. There are only two ways to get back to the Overworld once going to The End. Kill the boss or die. Given that, we will not be entering it until we can gather some more peeps. Thus step two will be gather more peeps to go on a sort of raid.

If you are interested in either of these activities please let us know. Step 1 is probably happening tonight. This could take hours. I intend to leave a chest near the portal filled with eye of ender to activate it. This mission will not be complete until the silver fish are neutralized.

Step 2 is happening ... I dunno. That is why I wanted to see who is interested.

To kill the boss you will want Diamond Armor, a bow and LOTS of arrows. Inquire within.

So, I went in and it is very difficult. I'm thinking that Pumpkins might work for all the ender. The crystals also seem to cure the boss. I'm not sure if they will respawn or not, but if we can manage to destroy them all we might stand a chance.

What times do ppl have to check it out?

crystals do heal the boss. Says so on the wiki. From what i understand after you nuke the crystals it's annoying because of the high health. I just want to go in for the enderstone. The dragon does not respawn. We would have to use mods or something to make it so. Sometimes the game gets weird about reenters and you can get multiple dragons at a time but in reality that is a bug
Pumkins help with dealing with the endermen. You dont have to worry about them that way but that also limits your vision when trying to kill the dragon.

Just how many pumpkins are we talking about here?  I've got a few vines at my place and i've been collecting them.  I don't mind donating them to the Cause...

The dragon doesn't respawn but sometimes there are multiple dragons? How does that work? Or is it the crystals that don't respawn?

I've been in there and the enderman beat me up pretty bad and generally made it difficult to attack the dragon.

Endstone is for fun, but you gotta kill the dragon to take it out!

some people have said sometimes the game spawns more than one dragon when you reenter the end or multiple enter the end. Neither the dragon or crystals respawn once dead

all instances of multiple dragons isn't suppose to happen though. But we know MC.

I think at this point everyone has a shit ton of pumkin.

End stone is just another pretty building block to build with. I like building so the more materials the better.
