Map Improvements

Malaclipse and I (mostly Malaclipse) have been working on improving the server map to include some cool new features you may have noticed:

-- Player locations are now denoted by icons featuring the player's face! These are updated along with the map so if you change your skin your icon will also be updated during the next map render.
-- Certain signs are now visible on the map. Simply click "Markers" in the upper right hand corner of the map and select "Points of Interest". Any sign on the map that begins with the text #! will be visible.
-- Map renders have been made more frequent, occurring every 6 hours starting at 00:15.

I've also added stats to the players info window which appears when you click on them. If you have any ideas for the maps let us know.

I've made an update to the Point of Interest. You now have to start the sign with #! instead of #POI. This is a little shorter so you have more space on the first line.
